Good Form Running
As a participant in the GFR clinics, you will receive individualized video review, instruction on the “4 points” of GFR, and informative handouts with visual examples of GFR topics. Making incremental changes can have a monumental effect on the enjoy-ability of your exercising.

 
Not a runner? We emphasize how basic principles apply to both running and walking. GFR addresses posture, lean, and foot strike. We will use video to analyze the gait of participants and encourage questions and discussion. We are confident that Good Form Running can have a positive effect on your overall exercising program.
